Nate Heasley traded in legal briefs for pizza dough, turning a pandemic craving into a full-blown mission to re-create the perfect New York slice at home. Now based in Brooklyn, the Anchorage, Alaska–born founder handcrafts DIY pizza kits using the same ingredients found in NYC pizzerias…right down to the tap water. Inspired by the city's 1,813 slice shops and the millions they feed, Nate’s passion is rooted in nostalgia, authenticity, and a love for sharing. "Making a pizza with my kit is a way to reconnect with the authentic flavor of New York," he says.
