Liang's bean-to-bar process begins with sourcing premium beans directly from Tanzania and Ecuador, then delicately roasting them to preserve origin flavor. Days of stone grinding follow for a smooth, melt-in-your mouth finish that pairs lusciously with Liang's choice of classic and contemporary Asian flavors like matcha, yuzu, and black sesame. The result is a luxurious gift or indulgent personal treat that delivers a unique chocolate experience in every bite.

  • Set includes four premium handcrafted bars of chocolate:
    • Matcha White Chocolate – Made with ceremonial-grade matcha from Kyoto. Flavor notes of seaweed, toasted rice, and the grassy depth of true matcha.
    • Black Sesame White Chocolate – Rich, nutty, and slightly savory, with roasted whole black sesame seeds that create an addictive texture.
    • Boba Tea Dark Chocolate – Black tea from Fujian Province in southern China joins Ecuadorian cacao and brown sugar to evoke the flavors of rich, earthy milk tea.

A former consultant turned culinary artisan, she was inspired by travels through India and Japan, where she studied pastry and chocolate making before launching her first food venture in Beijing with her business partner, Mark. Now she leads a small team focused on ethical sourcing, local impact, and inventive flavors. Her desserts often resonate with those seeking a taste of home or a new experience rooted in heritage. Outside the kitchen, Liang finds focus through triathlon training, yoga, and language learning. Calm, curious, and creative, she brings both heart and precision to everything she makes.
