What Makes It Uncommon

Sugar takes a deliciously decadent turn when it's slowly cooked in traditional copper kettles until it reaches a deep amber hue. From there, each batch of chewy caramel takes on a new personality with vibrant fruit, warming spice, crunchy nuts, and other inspired additions before being enrobed in milk or dark chocolate. With two of each flavor tucked inside, this dozen offers a tempting tour through the sweeter side of candy craftsmanship.

  • Gift box includes 12 handcrafted, chocolate-covered chewy caramels in six flavors, with two of each variety:
    • Red Hawaiian: Red Hawaiian sea salt, burnt sugar caramel, milk chocolate, and dragon fruit.
    • Blood Orange: Blood orange, bitter orange liqueur, burnt sugar caramel, dark chocolate, and crushed hibiscus.
    • Raspberry Silk: Raspberry, burnt sugar caramel, milk chocolate, and freeze-dried raspberries.
    • Chocolate Amber: Pâte de cacao, burnt sugar caramel, dark chocolate, and chocolate beads.
    • Spicy Mango: Mango, Vietnamese buffalo ginger, burnt sugar caramel, dark chocolate, and golden turmeric dust.
