Great idea, but material is deficient
I loved the idea of this, & it was so cute hanging on my wall! However it is very difficult to scratch off the book covers - either it doesn't come off at all (almost ripped the poster trying) or it leaves a residue. Tried scratching off with a coin, a pick, the edge of a thick card . . . no luck. Sadly going to have to take it down as it doesn't serve its purpose & now looks a little messy.

My son loves it
I gave my son the movie version of this for his dorm the year of Covid and he said he said it got him through the year. Now he has graduated and reads all the time. He was finishing a long series of books and he said I'm not sure what I'll read now. I thought it would be fun to do the book version of this scratch off for inspiration. He loves it :) # sweepstakes

Good book list, annoying scratch off
I'm enjoying working my way through the books in this list, but there are a few aspects of the poster that could be tweaked to improve the experience. The scratch off material is very adherent, hard to get off and leaves a dark residue. There is a magnetic poster holder that's sold here on UG, but the poster really doesn't have sufficient upper and lower margins to look good in it.
