Scott McGee fell in love with cooking as a teenager, a passion that led him to study hospitality management and spend over 30 years in the restaurant and food industry. After rising to an executive level, he realized his true calling was to create something of his own. From his bakery in Austin, he handcrafts Texas-shaped pecan cakes using locally sourced San Saba pecans and simple, high-quality ingredients. Each cake is baked with care and shipped nationwide, sharing a taste of Texas pride with every bite. A devoted family man, Scott works alongside his wife and kids, who help bring every batch to life, adding a little love and a lot of Lone Star spirit to everything they make.

Great Cakes for Family Gifts
Love these Texas shaped cakes! Chewy like a brownie, crunchy with pecans. I gift these to friends and family as well as a welcome to Texas. Great heated up with ice cream as well!
