Lin and Chris Ter Horst

Lin and Chris Ter Horst fell in love at a running club for expats in Beijing before settling on the lush Hawaiian island of Maui. Lin, born in Shanghai and raised in New York, trained as a pastry chef at Le Cordon Bleu in London. Chris, a Dutch engineer turned triathlete, soon joined her in the kitchen. Inspired by fragrant morning runs past exotic fruit orchards, they began crafting confections that celebrate Hawaii's vibrant flavors, bringing a taste of island paradise to lovers of sweets everywhere.
