Yes, it works as a secret second carry-on

I was glad I had it when flying a cheap airline. Had my carry-on which I paid to carry on, had my personal item and this, no extra charge! I didn't do a good job of filling it for comfort though. That will take some practice and will need to be all soft stuff.

Super useful!

This item will pay for itself after one or two flights on a bargain airline! I just returned from a trip where my suitcase weighed 49.6 pounds & I had 2 sarongs, one pashmina & one swimsuit coverup hidden in this very comfy pillow! I'll be buying this again as a gift!

Perfect Travel Gift

Love it! Really well-made, and such a clever item. I bought it for a young man who is about to travel internationally (to Japan) for the first time. He can store needed items in it without increasing his carry-on luggage.
