Clunky and less refined than pictured
Although I enjoyed the heft of the wood, it was uneven and too rough on the surface for the cloche to meet the wood. The cloche was less refined and showed seams. I gave it away to a charity pick up. I hope someone will cherish it the way it came; I did not.

Love the look of this glass dome on the wooden board.
Glass dome isn't even , thus does not keep items bakery fresh.

The Reclaimed Serving Board on its own is just under 6lbs. The Glass Cloche, also by itself, is a little under 10lbs.

What kind of reclaimed wood is the serving board made of? Thanks
Verified reply from Nahaam
This is carved from the wood of old Hungarian buildings and finished with natural beeswax and mineral oils to bring out its unique grain. This is produced from responsibly sourced wood that is reclaimed and salvaged from Europe. This item is food safe and contains no toxins or harmful substances.

Is the height of the glass 9.5 with or without the handle? I want to make sure the cloche can fit a cake.
Verified reply from Allison
The glass only is 9.5".

I am so glad you got these back in, my mother just bought it for me! Can you tell me what type liners I should use on the wooden serving board? Are there washable liners to place pastries on or should I just use parchment paper? I would love to find some that actually fits the board! Thanks, Karen
Verified reply from Valerie
While liners are not needed, if you'd like to use something we would recommend 12-12.5" diameter cloth or paper doilies.
