Hello - few questions: How do you fill the 2L? Assuming you use bottled wine purchased separately. Also how do you clean it? Lastly, what is the lead time for the 2L personalized?

There is a hole at the top of the barrel to add your own wine. Included is a Barrel Cleaning Kit. The lead time for the item is one week.

Does the refill wine making kit include the fermentation jug and the rest of the kit or just the wine bag? Also would like to clarify if the 2L barrell one only comes with the barrell and stand or does it come with a wine making kit? Thanks!

Thanks for your question! The refill just includes the wine. The 2L Personalized Barrel comes with custom barrel and stand, without the wine making kit.

I read the question about the wedding card holder and that is exactly my question...I would love to use this for my daughter's shower and wedding as they are into wines--is there a way to remove the cards besides the slot to put them into?? and if not (as it is made), is there a way you could do this?? (as you are professionals and I am not!!) Thank you!

This item is really not designed for that purpose, but you're welcome to give it a try if you'd like! It would most likely need to be taken apart in order to get the cards out, unless your slot is extra wide. Obviously you could not use this for storing wine once it has been altered.

I have a question concerning personalization. My husband is a hobby winemaker with a label he uses - Wine Dreamz. Could Wine Dreamz be personalized in place of Burton Cellars? Put Wine in place of a last name and Dreamz in place of Cellars? In addition, instead of putting a city and state where established...could that line say "by burton"? (no quotation marks and no capitalization) Thanks.

Unfortunately, the artist can't produce any new unique labeling during the current holiday rush. One alternative, however, is the following: in the "first name" field enter "by burton", and in the "last name" field enter "Wine Dreamz". You can leave the other fields blank, if you choose. "Wine Dreamz" will show prominently in cursive, although "by burton" will have to be capitalized.
