Not sure if I would buy this product again

I bought this for myself because I have insomnia really bad. Was hoping it would help me sleep. So far I've used 2 and it has kept me up all night. Did the opposite for me.

Need help with your sleep cycle away from home? This!

This is a great product. The patches help with both awake times and sleep times! The only downside is they leave a little residue, but the benefits far outweigh this minor inconvenience. Slap one on before bed to help fall asleep in a strange place, or use the Awake patch to help get you going the next morning -- or for an afternoon boost of energy! My partner and I have used them both and they worked for us very well. #sweepstakes

SWEET DREAMS!

No more counting sheep until the wee hours of the morning. I have had terrible sleep for decades --- interrupted, tossing, turning, nightmares, maybe getting 4 hours a night. Since I have using the Dream patches (for over a year now), my sleep has been about 90% better! Because my sleep is so much better, it reduces my stress level tremendously. Bonus! I use them nightly. Nice idea, didn't work for my boyfriend

My boyfriend has been having trouble sleeping, so I wanted to give these Nite Nite patches a try. I was intrigued by the idea that they might be "time released" so it would help him not only get to sleep but stay asleep throughout the night. Unfortunately, it was only the first part of that idea that worked. He got to sleep okay (but that was never really his problem as OTC melatonin works just fine) but continued to wake up in the middle of the night and not be able to get back to sleep. Alas, and I had such high hopes. Giving 3 stars because they were easy to use, helped him get to sleep, and didn't irritate his skin. But otherwise, no sleeping through the night.

Good product

I was searching through Uncommon Goods and came across this. I decided I would try it for myself. I have trouble staying asleep at night and as a result I am super tired in the morning and throughout the day. I thought this could help relax me and allow for a good night's rest. Four patches come with each set. They are very easy to apply and stick well. They do leave a residue that you have to wash off. I have used twice now and do not notice any adverse side effects. I do think they have made an improvement in my sleep and how I feel the next day. I feel a little more rested and the morning patch gives me some energy. I would buy them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Haven't noticed a difference

I tried both the day and night patches. The daytime one stained my arm with red color that seeped out of it. And both of them I felt no difference with.
