Growing up in the United Kingdom, Lucy Coggle always wanted to be an artist. After receiving a "sensible" degree in English lit from the University of Oxford, she eventually worked her way to a master's in fine art from London's Royal Academy of Arts. While taking care of her newborn and trying to think of a birthday present for her husband, she began drawing an owl around a print of her baby's feet. The gift elicited love from Lucy's friends, and soon enough, a business was born.

A True Keepsake

I bought this for a friend of mine who is having her first baby. The baby shower was filled with useful, practical gifts but this sentimental footprint kit receved the most attention. I can't count the number of times I was asked "where did you find this?" A few new mothers said they wished they had one for their nursery. It was a big hit with the expectant mother, too! The ink is safe for babies and all the prints are so adorable. The only negative thing I can say is, I had a difficult time deciding which one to get. I chose the bunny but I really couldn't have gone wrong with any of them. The precious little girl was born on Valentine's Day and my friend sent me a picture of the completed craft. It turned out perfectly! She said it was very easy to do and she's getting one for her sister who is also expecting.

Very Cute Idea

#sweepstakes. Haven't had baby yet so haven't had a chance to try it out, but the kit comes in a nice box with 2 copies of the print that are good quality, and an ink pad and instructions. Looking forward to using this to document new baby's growth! The bear print goes well with our woodland nursery theme.

Great gift for a new baby

This is such a creative and sentimental gift for a baby. It can be a challenge to find a unique baby gift, and this customizable print is a really special option that I know will be framed and loved. It came in a flat box that was easy to wrap and give as a gift. The full set could easily be given as a tasteful watch-me-grow gift. The perfect size and memory! I'll definitely be gifting this item again.
