Thinner platforms than what I expected
Creative and interesting find. Platforms are thinner than they appear, also it is not quite as tall but the recipient definitely enjoyed the gift.

Solid build and adorable, but not level.
I have been watching this item for a very, very long time. I finally decided to buy it. I am happy with how cute it is and it's built to last. My only problem is when I used a level on the shelves to hand the two pieces, the rails weren't level and it was easily noticeable. Also, where the openings are on the shelves, you it is even more uneven. I wasn't able to put what I'd hoped on it, but I still smile every time I look at it.

Cute, arrived quickly. Hoping the extra cost goes to a creator as I'm assuming the wayfair knock offs don't. The shelves are very shallow so it's not going to hold anything bigger than a little succulent or a few photos, but it's cute and goes with my industrial vibe

These were made to be hung, so while it's not stackable you could hang each one right above the other! Each shelf comes with it's own set of hardware.

What type and how many screws/nails does this use? I've moved twice since I originally purchased this and have misplaced those parts, so was wondering if I could purchase them at a hardware store.

The Fire Escape Shelf comes with 6 plastic wall anchors and 6, 1 1/4' black screws. This can be picked up at any hardware store. Most anchor and screw sets will come with silver screws, but if you want black screws like the original, you will need to buy the screws and anchors separately. The anchors are only needed if you are not drilling into a wall stud. If you are, you can use standard black, 1 1/4" drywall screws. If you are drilling into a surface other than drywall (concrete, brick, etc.) you will need screws and anchors made specifically for that material.
