Cracked board and loose knife

This is a good-looking set made from sustainable materials, but that's about it. It arrived with a split board and a knife so loosely attached to its handle that it's unusable. Needless to say, this set is going back. It was a Christmas gift, though, so pretty embarrassing to have a loved one open it up and receive this.
