Quality is not wonderful

I washed this shirt once and it melted the stitching of the words. Cute design, poor quality.

Cute and soft

I surprised a few of my mom friends with these shirts for Mother's Day and they're a hit! The embroidery is high quality and the cloth is buttery soft. I'm glad I bought one for myself! I'd say it's true to size. I ordered one size up from my usual for a relaxed fit and I love how it instantly adds a colorful pop to my usual comfy mom outfit.

What is the fit of this item? (Item # 58493) It states that unisex runs large; then in another place, it states, "This item runs true to size. For a more relaxed fit, size up." So if I'm ordering one for both my daughter-in-law and son, what size do I order? Unisex or other? Thx.
