I purchased this heart lightbulb for my daughter. Upon opening she started laughing and said this is "totally groovy." She uses it as a nightlight. She also likes to walk up to family members, smile and turn the lightbulb on. The lightbulb has brought much joy, laughter and smiles.

Can this go in a lamp if wanted? I know it wont work with the lamp like a normal bulb, but would it fit? this would be with the lamp unplugged.

The maker states that the bottom of this lightbulb is specifically made larger than that of a plug in lamp socket. The maker didn't want it to be accidentally placed in a table lamp.
