Chiostro di Saronno—Cloister of Saronno—is both the name of the historic monastery and the home of the Lazzaroni family’s legendary amaretti cookies. Made from a simple mix of traditional ingredients, these crisp, airy bites carry a delicately bittersweet flavor and a story that spans generations.
