I felt invincible
Normally after gardening, my arms are all scratched up. I knew I needed to do something different. Didn't want to wear a long sleeve shirt cause it's almost 100 degrees outside. Tried these and they are amazing. I was able to stick my arms between branches and not a single scratch. I would also recommend these because you can order the size that fits you instead of one size fits all because one size rarely fits all.

Must-have for gardeners
Green for him, flowers for me. Both pairs fit each of us well, and we appreciate the elasticized cuff at the top to help the sleeves stay in place, plus the thumb hole to ensure they stay beneath gloves for extra coverage and protection from the sun, prickly plants and insects of all sort.

Great multi use sleeves
I always get rashes or cuts on my arms when I trim my trees. These sleeves stop that from happening. They provide sunburn protection and protection from mosquitos! A must have item.

Coming back for more
I garden for a living, and have tried various garden sleeves. These are the best, so I'm back for more. The thumb slit keeps them anchored beneath gloves, and the light rubber grip at the top prevents slipping down ... essential for protecting arms from scratches and that infernal menace, poison ivy! They also launder beautifully and air-dry quickly for prompt reuse.

Great product for a sun hater. It works for gardening or other outdoor activities. Nice material, easy to wash (don't dry) and nice material. Very pleased with the product. Husband loved the gift.

Unique Gift for Avid Gardeners
My avid gardener friend is often cutting back thorny shrubs or weeding out poison ivy. These gardening sleeves are great! They're simple to pull on, easy to wash, and provides excellent protection. Plus, they're bright and fun -- a little sunshine all on their own. I love being able to find unique gifts for my hard-to-buy-for friends and family.

Just buy a pair at your local nursery.
It is a great idea and works pretty well however the Sizing is difficult. S/M too small ; L/XL too big. The quality is average, for the price. I thought they would be more substantial.

I will buy this product again!
I bought these because I am severely allergic to poison sumac and have quite a bit in my yard. I also tend to garden during the hottest days. These kept my arms cool while I weeded. I worked in areas with lots of thistles without feeling any pricks and without 'pulls' in the material. Far exceeded my expectations. Can't wait to attack the poison sumac.

These were a gift but I want a pair for myself
These were a gift so I have not used them myself. However, the recipient loves them and will use them often as she gardens. She especially loved the sunflower design. They fit perfectly - she sent me a picture of her wearing them.

What are the different sizes?
Verified reply from Allison
The sleeves are made from Polyester and Spandex. The maker recommends you purchase the same size as whatever shirt you wear. If you wear a medium shirt we suggest getting the S/M. If you are in between sizes (sometimes wear a M sometimes a Large) then we would suggest the smaller size. It's better to be a little snug than to lose.
