We have enjoyed this gauge for a couple years but noticing that the foam insert disintegrating and affecting the measurements … is there a way we could get a new foam cylinder replacement ? The external part is still in great condition.

Bought this as a present for Mother's Day. My wife loved the look and was blown away by the function of it. Even better, for the next few days our nearly 4 year old wanted to play with it by continuously filling it with water, watching it rise and then dumping it.

I had one just like this for years. Somewhere in a backyard remodel, the pieces were lost. I found the tube but that was all. I waited to see if the rest would turn up but no. I missed it more than I thought I would so bought another. This one has bigger numbers and is so much easier to read from the window to the backyard Ps when I bought the first one, I bought a second as a gift. That one is still doing its job!

This rain gauge is attractive and sturdy. The real copper vessel will weather well in the elements. The unique float reading of the rain amount is quite accurate and when it pops up to give the inches, it is easy to read.
