Prior to launching their company, Sarah and Nick struggled to sustain a kitchen garden in their fourth-floor Chicago apartment. Despite both honing their gardening skills as children, as busy adults they struggled to grow anything (container gardening is incredibly challenging). They turned to hydroponics for help and were astounded by the results, but unimpressed with the quality of products available. With that, the seed for their stylish, space-saving indoor gardens was planted.

Great Quality, Handsome Design
I love the size and design of this mister, and think it is very high quality. I leave it sitting out because the brass has such a nice glow. It works well. I wish the mist were just a bit finer, since it sprays a rather large area and goes beyond the leaves to the mirror and wall behind it, but other than that, I think it's great!

I had a brass mister from Smith & Hawkin which broke due to the cheep plastic pump and handle. Are there plastic parts in this one?
