Customer Service Win

My calendar was replaced after reporting several duplicate jigsaws (6 in all, so 6 missing scenes). The new one is complete. But this is a time sensitive item, and the new box arrived on Christmas Eve… so although good customer service, missed the chance to enjoy this fully this year. I'll save for next year! Thanks UG for your prompt reply.

Fun, but missing pieces

My husband bought this as a fun advent calendar for me and my son to do together. The very first puzzle was missing a piece. I thought it was lost somewhere in our kitchen or under the couch, but throughout the 24 days we carefully opened each box and found that two more were also missing pieces. After reading some of the other reviews it looks like this is a known quality issue. Still fun, but a little disappointing.

Missing and extra pieces

The puzzle had two (2) duplicate pieces and one (1) missing piece. It was a gift and I feel bad I gave a low quality item. So disappointed with it.

Missing pieces

We were super excited to do this puzzle as a puzzle loving family. But 18 days into and we've found several days with missing pieces and one with an extra piece that is a duplicate for a different days puzzle that actually had all the pieces already. I do not recommend and would like a refund.

Disappointing

It doesn't have a new jigsaw every day - instead it has several duplicates. So, the picture on the box can't be made.

Excellent

I didn't know what to expect quality wise but am happy to report these are well made mini jigsaws. Not too small (in fact the overall design will be quite large) and the pieces are good quality and fit together nicely. Can't decide whether to frame it once I'm finished or pack it away to do again next year or give it away so someone else can enjoy it.

Great question! This advent calendar puzzle is meant to be assembled in whole throughout the holiday season leading up to the big day - each puzzle is placed inside a numbered envelope. Simply match up the image on the completed puzzle with the image on the box :^)
