Great customer service!
I got 2 college scape stemless wine glasses for Christmas. I did not see any warnings stating they were t dishwasher safe so I promptly ran them through my dishwasher…..sadly when I took them out the lettering and design had partially come off. I went to the website and it said "best" if hand washed but didn't say hand wash only. I reached out telling Uncommon Goods what I had done. They quickly asked for photos which I sent and they returned my email with a message stating they would send me 2 new ones. They arrived promptly and I hand wash them now🤣

The decal washed off after the 4th washing
I would not recommend these glasses. They tout high quality, but one of the glasses' decal washed off the 4th time we used them. Cute idea but not worth it.

Excellent Service and Product!!
I can't say enough good about your company. I ordered 2 wine glasses a couple days before Christmas and wasn't expecting a delivery until January. They came Dec 26th!! The address was an apartment and the person I sent them to didn't receive them. I called Uncommon Goods and no questions asked, they mailed her another set. She received them and said what great quality they are. Thank you so much. I would definitely order from here again!

Logo wears off
I ordered Duke University glasses as a Christmas gift for a friend. It was her favorite gift, she said. She loved it. However, I was at her house last night only to learn that the etching on both glasses is wearing off after only hand washing. She does not even have a dishwasher! I'm so disappointed that her favorite Christmas gift is nit of the high quality it should be.

How thin is the edge of the glass? Is it thicker than a normal wine glass?

Hello! The glass has a little lip on it, and the lip measures 2mm. below the lip, the glass gets a little thinner. It widens as you near the base of the glass.

Is the cityscape etched into the class or is it just painted on? I have an older version that's etched glass and they have lasted a long time, but I heard these may be painted, and that the paint chips off even with handwashing.
