Perfect gift for my husband!
I bought the MSU glasses for my husband for Valentine's Day since we met there many years ago! It was a wonderful surprise and it's been so much fun reliving the memories we shared on the campus. We have been using them for all of the Spartan basketball games!! Cheers!!

Great gift for a senior at Clemson
For my grandaughter who is graduating from Clemson and will be setting up her apartment. I did put some white paper in the glass so when she pulled it out of the box she could easily see the Clemson bldgs on the glass easily. She loved them!

The product is of good quality and does not feel too fragile, but if you want the design to last, it has to be hand-washed, which is not a problem. I just wanted to let others know. The Cityscape of Purdue was so cute and I loved the bottom design, it's a great gift for a roommate or partner, so you can have one for each of you! #sweepstakes

How thin is the edge of the glass? Is it thicker than a normal wine glass?

Hello! The glass has a little lip on it, and the lip measures 2mm. below the lip, the glass gets a little thinner. It widens as you near the base of the glass.

Is the cityscape etched into the class or is it just painted on? I have an older version that's etched glass and they have lasted a long time, but I heard these may be painted, and that the paint chips off even with handwashing.
